WHY THE MODEL 500F
Flanged Connection
Flanged body eliminates the need for threaded wellhead connections at the BOP — providing a more positive, leak-resistant interface for high-cycle pressure applications.
Manual or Hydraulic Actuation
The 500F is available with manual hand wheel or hydraulic cylinder actuation — the same model, the same part number, with the actuation method specified at time of order.
Integral Tee Included
Both single and dual ram models include the integral tee — combining the BOP body and flow cross into one unit, reducing overall wellhead height and connection count.
Single or Dual Ram
Single ram model includes 3-1/8" flange with integral tee. Dual ram model adds LP or studded side outlets and an optional 10M BTM flange. Specify at time of order.
Snap-Loc™ + Inter-Locking Ram
Same patented Snap-Loc™ seal and new inter-locking ram design used across the Premier BOP line. Positive closure integrity under sustained 5000 PSI service.
100% Factory Tested + NACE
Every 500F is pressure tested at the factory. NACE MR-01-75 standard — no additional modification required for sour service approval.
