What we collect and why
- Contact Us (Sales, Request a Quote, General Inquiry): your name, company, work email, phone, country, your message and any files you attach. We use them to answer you and to keep a record of the request.
- Careers: the details and documents you send with an application. We use them only to consider you for employment, and only the people who hire at UPC Global see them.
- Events: your registration details. We use them to manage your place, send your confirmation and reminders, and plan the event.
- Store (store.upcoglobal.com): payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment result, your name, your email and what you bought. We never see or store your card number.
- Every visit: our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, pages visited, browser) for security and to fix problems. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics.
Who else handles it
We do not sell or rent your information. It is handled by the UPC Global staff who need it, and by the providers that run our services: Microsoft 365 (email), our web hosting provider, and Stripe (payments). Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and maps from Google Maps, which see your IP address when they do.
How long we keep it
- Job applications: two years, then deleted.
- Event registrations: one year after the event.
- Contact requests and store orders: as long as the request needs, and as our business and tax records require.

Write to info@upcoglobal.com to see, correct or delete your information, or with any question about this notice. We answer within 30 days.
