Rod Rotator Installation Services

UPC Global will supply the Company with specialized Rod Rotator Installation Service personnel.
This procedure applies to all land operations where the load cell installation on mechanical pumping units must be carried out.
Deliverables
- Report of the activity with its photographic record and load cell test report.
Equipment, Materials & Tools
For the execution of the rod rotator installation, each crew requires the following:
- One Bucket Truck
- Ladder
- One torque wrench
- Meter and tape measure
- Hydraulic jack (Hydralift)
- Pipe wrenches of different diameters
- Adjustable wrenches of different diameters
- To hold rod string, two 3-point clamps (50,000 lbs) each
- One 1-1/4 Impact wrench
