Bolt-free cap design ideal for high salt-water cut areas and steam environments where corrosion attacks bolted glands. Even packing adjustment on every service call.

5-Cone Packing Stack

Five top cones plus one bottom cone deliver the enhanced sealing redundancy needed for wells where a single-pack seal is not adequate for operating conditions.

Oil Field Grade Rugged

Built for tough oilfield conditions with heavier wall construction. Lower profile than the Economy Classic DPSB while maintaining the same 1500 PSI working pressure rating.

Lower Profile Than Classic DP

At 15" height, the BSDP is shorter than the Economy DPSB — fitting in installations where vertical clearance limits the use of standard double-pack designs.

Dual ¼" NPT Monitoring Ports

Two ¼" NPT ports placed 180° apart enable simultaneous grease zerk access and real-time annulus pressure monitoring — critical for high-value production wells.

ECSS™ Compatible

Works with BSE-LUG™ upper gland for secondary sealing and environmental compliance. Connects directly to WSI ECSS™ shutdown switch and anti-pollution tank system.

Polished Rod Lubricator

ROD LUBRICATOR
1 quart reservoir reduces friction heat between polished rod and packing. Extends BSSP packing life significantly. Recommended for all wells on timer controls that may stop on the upstroke.

Environmental Control Shut-Down Switch

ECSS™
NEC Class 1, Div. 1, UL listed environmental shutdown switch. Monitors fluid accumulation via BSE-LUG™ and automatically shuts down the pumping unit when fluid is detected. Standard and explosion-proof housings available.
